Schengen Visa 90 -180 days rule
I visted Schengen area twice on 2 Visas... Unknowingly I stayed for 99 days instead of 90 days in a span of 180 days by mistake on my 2 tours to Schengen Area...
Now I am back and when I am applying for Visa again, it has been declined. What needs to be done to get Visa? My First trip got over was before 200 days from now and the last trip concluded before 85 days...Please help

Having a subsequent visa declined is a valid response to one overstaying one's visa and being caught. I don't know that there is anything you can do once you have been declined due to this infraction. Also have a look at the country's web site to see if they address this issue. Perhaps you have to wait for a specific time limit - 5 years or so - but I think it depends on circumstances.
I believe you would need to ask those who declined you what you have to do for them to reconsider. You might consider consulting an attorney to see if there is anything tht has worked previously in this situation.
