Rome tours - Cheaper small group Vatican tour options than Context

Rome tours - Cheaper small group Vatican tour options than Context
Planning for April trip (right smack in Culture week where most museums and sites are free, yaaayy!) except from the Vatican.
Interested in a small group tour of the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and St Peters Basilica. I originally had Context - Rome at the top of my list because of the really good reviews. But Euro89 per head for the Vatican tour, excluding Vatican entrance fees (!!!) is just to much for me.
What other small good tour groups are there? Perhaps around the Euro50 per person mark...

I've done the Enjoy Rome tour of the Vatican Museums. The tour was good (just not as good as the Context tour I did) but it was certainly good in terms of tour guide quality and much cheaper than Context.

By the way, by "small groups" I mean perhaps a max of 10 people per group, without the need for headsets. I've seen some where headsets will be required. I feel it sort of takes out the intimacy of the experience.

I read really good reviews about Presto Tours - http://www.prestotours.com/vatican-tours.php
it's 3 hrs, 54 euro, an you can go at 8am, 10:30am, or 1pm. We will be in Rome in April as well so I don't have first hand knowledge about them. I think their max group size is 12.

The Enjoy Rome tour I took had more than 10 people; perhaps 25 people but it was possible to always hear the guide (except in the Map Room where there were tons of people tramping by). The smaller group tours often cost more.

Presto Tours and Enjoy Rome tours seem to be similar. Does anyone have definite opinions on one over the other?
If we go with the Presto tours, they offer either 8:00 or 10:30 times. Forgetting that my kids would probably prefer to sleep, in terms of crowds, does anyone think either time would be better? Would crowds be thinning out by 10:30? Would people be just arriving so not as crowded at 8:00? Do all the tours arrive at 8:00 so it's even more crowded then?
We also have a Scavi tour that day at 3:15. The 10:30 tour would allow us about an hour to get a bite to eat, but are there enough places nearby for a good snack between the two in that amount of time?
