Rome: 3 bedrm apts Piazza Navona/Campo area

Has anyone ever stayed at La Mia Casa in Campo di Fiori? There are no reviews as his site is new on Trip Advisor. It looks great for a 3 night stay. Please Advise! Thanks.

Sure here it is: http://www.tripadvisor.com/VacationR...ome_Lazio.html

He sent me some wonderful reviews but they were not posted officially anywhere. Also, I noticed it's booked quite a bit through next summer, which is a good sign?

It looks like a good area, and the apt. certainly looks nice in the photos. I am always hesistant without objective reviews! What do you think?

It's also listed on Homelidays (same owner name/phone number) and there are reviews there

I have not stayed at the apartment but I love everything I see about it: all 39 reviews are 5 out possible 5, killer location, terrace, lift, ...

Grab it and good luck - it looks pretty booked up.

I am missing something or is it really 900E/wk? That price seems suspiciously low for that apartment.

Apartment looks great, though.

So can you use a credit card for the deposit and rent? Just in case it really is too good to be true?

Oh, I had only looked at the homelidays listing. Looks like the price is higher--in a more normal range--on TA.

Have a wonderful trip.

Cost escalates quickly based on numbers staying:

" RATES (Tax included: 2 People: Day 140€ Week 900€/ 4 People: Day 220€ Week 1400€/ 6 People: Day 260€ Week 1.700€/ Children up to 12 years 20€ day. Final cleaning 60€.. The entire apartment is left in the availability of the tenant regardless of the number. The minimum cost is € 140 for 2 persons (couple) and varies according to the number of guests for each couple or person will be increased by € 80 per day. "Upon your arrival, we will provide you a description of the area nearby with tips and suggestions to make your stay an unforgettable experience". "
