Renfe booking pop-up blocked question

Hi,

I was trying to book the ticket on renfe's website and once I made the reservation, the "PDF" should have popped up showing the details of the reservation and the ticket that we could print. But my computer had popups blocked so that could not appear. Now, I have not yet received the confirmation e-mail from Renfe (which I am not even sure they send one..) nor can I log into the website to see if my reservation actually got made...

Any ideas what I could do to know whether my reservation got made or not? Also, how will I print tickets now? Please advise...

We are so excited about the Spain trip and this whole renfe experience is souring the Spain experience already!

Maribel/Cova...Please help! Thanks!

They should send you a confirmation with locator number. I have one for our train for next week.
Call your bank to see if your credit card was charged, and call Renfe to see if your purchase was completed:

902 10 94 20

or

902 24 34 02

From 7 am until 11 pm Spanish time.

Good luck! You've had quite an ordeal with Renfe!

Hi vibhav,
That second number is the international one.

My email came right away. It will come from [email protected] and will have your localizer number and itinerary on it.

Good luck! Luck is what is sorely needed with Renfe these days.

Hi vibhav-

That happened to me once, my first time buying a renfe ticket on line. Hopefully you WILL get the email which should have your ticket localizer number.
