Paris trip report semi real time via wifi

here's my non long winded trip report done via wifi and iPhone. Maybe I'll finish his one.

Flight was inconsequential. Was n the Newark good terminal-- that means no gauloises at duty free but the gallegers steakhouse was in effect. And markboro lights. Anyhoo sat next to male modeled and Locke from lost was three rows away. Slept poorly. Flight attendant was iritating.

Arrive with no plans and it was ok stopped for supplies at julien caviste for supplies ended up drinking a bottle in the back with him. After two hous left to get more supplies for flat promising to come back for a bottle of red when done.

Kept our promise and met his friends and wife for four more bottles of red and an invite for Sunday brunch at their home and some more restaurant recs... So much for no plans for holiday. Left to grab a ddrink and a bite-- no foods yet today.

Done with omellets and bed early. Ok gonna drink some more wine and have some cheese. Oops card just didn't go through. Must call bank yet again to say I an charging abroad.

Done for the day only forgot folfind duffle for gaullises and my clutch. Will buy cheap ones tomorrow. iPhone robes rocks on the free wifi here.

my so many spelling errors, looks like engrish, perhaps not such a good idea to make coherent report on a touchscreen! I can't even decipher some it--in particular the last sentence as I wasn't erasing keystroke errors like I thought.

keyboard is better for non mistakes and full sentences. Facebook is much easier on the phone--i can upload pictures with no prob and don't have to type as much.

My sympathies. It's too bad Steve Jobs decided to deprive his customers of the convenience of a real keyboard for the sake of thinness. I thought maybe the second model would have one, but alas, no. My last three palmtop PCs have had keys, and I know I'd sure miss them.

CB - it's a good thing you are sending the trip report as you go, because I don't think you'll be able to remember much later if you keep up that wine-drinkin' pace

true that travelnut. Am trying to decide whether or not to make notes instead and fix later but every time we sit down we get online because I am uploading pictures to facebook and every cafe/ bar/whatever has wifi

Am currently at a cafe on square trousseau the square and the cafe have open networks. There is a new olive oil shop on the block. Everything is from provance and beautifully packaged on round tins. Looks like perfume oils. Only 8euro a can. Just impulse bought 3. I guess it opened a month ago as I had not seen the place before so I asked.

Went to a wine bar around the corner from here was about to go in when the husband says no. I'm all what? It wasn't the loud disco music. It was the guy clad only in an apron and dancing around. At 4:30. I wish I could have seen his face. I naturally wanted to go in and nearly peed my pants laughing as we walked away.

So now what? Off to see if see baron rouge is open I guess

Hopefully this is more coherent the other post made me sound in the bag when of was really just this stupid phone tries to correct my mis-keys and slang. I hate this phone yet it is super convenient.
