Paris one day cooking classes
I did a search of Paris cooking classes and found the latest post to be in '08. Has anyone done one recently? Would prefer one day class in Paris. Going in May.

If I could afford it, I'd take a day class at
Ducasse's cooking school.

My husband just took a class at Le Cordon Bleu in January. He loved it. The classes are in French but there was a young British woman who translated everything into English. The class was made up of people from all over, and the recipes and techniques were fun and interesting. I know he'd love to do it again.
Look to the short-course offering in Paris at https://www.cordonbleu.edu/programs/International
Have fun, wherever you decide to go!

Here's one list of a number of schools in Paris that offer both cooking and pastry classes of varying duration (i.e. either 3 hours, one day or one week...)

You should look up the cooking classes at the Ritz. My friend and I took a class called "the Ritzy break". It was about an hour class around noon or 1pm and we ate the food we cooked for lunch. Chef spoke French and English. Reasonably priced (about $50, I think). Had a great time!
