Norwegian air flight days

Hi Everyone,
I am going to post this over in the Airline forum also. I have been checking the schedule for flights on Norwegian Air from Prague to Helsinki for months now just for the available flight times in anticipation of booking our flights for next June.

The flight days have always been Tues, Thurs and Sunday. Now, starting in November the days are Mon, Wed, Fri and Sun and these continue until March 20112 which is as far as their calendar goes.

In your opinion does this seem like this is their new flight days from Prague to Helsinki or do you anticipate they will change once again? I cannot book the flights this far ahead but it will affect our stay in Prague if the days change, as I already have an apt booked with anticipating flying out on Wed to Helsinki.

As always, thanks for your input,
Michele

We had problems trying to establish their long term schedules 3 years ago when planning a trip from London to Tromso. Their schedules seem to operate on a shorter time horizon than some airlines.

We used them.

They were cheap, efficient and would not think twice about using them again.

Michele:

Have you tried asking Norwegian? Their crystal ball is way more reliable than any of ours.

An alternative is to take the train to Dresden or Berlin and fly out from there.

Thanks humptynumpty . We're going to be using them for three flights within Europe. The other two run daily it's just this one that's every other day or so. Glad to hear that they're efficient. The prices seem reasonable.

Michael, unfortunately they don't have an email contact so I thought I'd try here for anyone's experience before I make a long distance call. You know...Fodor's ARE the true experts.

Training to another city might be the answer if they change their schedules again. Thanks for the website. It doesn't list Helsinki as an arrival airport, what's up with that?

Thanks guys.

It is sometimes difficult to directly contact low cost airlines.

It is part of their business model to keep the customer service costs down.
