Nightlife In Reykjavik
I will be in Reykjavik for three days in July and had heard alot of hype about its nightlife. I was wondering if anyone knew the required age for entrance to most clubs and discos? Is it like the states where they have adult clubs and then those for the under 21 crowd? Any recommendations? Thanks for your time!

The Icelandic nightlife revolves around small clubs as there are no large discos in the center. Required age is if I remember correctly 18.
The city center is very small so just walk around and you'll find something to your liking.

I was there about two years ago in March and remember the prices of alcohol very expensive. Stock up at the duty free store when you arrive in Iceland.
Most people only go out on Saturday night and usually not until late.
Be sure to check out the Blue Lagoon and some of the outdoor swimming pools that are heated to 96 degrees. They feel good.
