unless they've evaporated substantially (fluid level below the shoulders of the bottle) or have developed an uncharacteristic haze or sediment, there is absolutely nothing wrong with them.
i live in so. carolina which is one of the few (perhaps now the only) remaining states requiring bar and restaurant sales in mini bottles. every so often a forgotten cache is found tucked away in some old retail store or restaurant.
i don't forsee any problem. if you don't want 'em, i'll take 'em (dependent on what they are.

I think they'll be ok.
Just pour, take a sip - if it's gross, then pour it away. If not, then enjoy it!
Years ago I opened a 20-year-plus miniature bottle of creme de menthe. It was absolutely exquisite, and I have never liked creme de menthe before or since. But I still remember that divine taste.....

You realize, of course, that depending on what is in those bottles, some of that booze has already been aged for a matter of years already and a few more shouldn't have done any harm.
As others have said, open and taste, and hopefully you'll be pleased with the results.
NO, you AREN'T going to fall over dead from a sip of "bad" booze which for some people is an oxymoron in and of itself!
