The only one I can think of is The Grange.

jamikins: This OP is possibly advertising or a troll. He asks for a luxury hotel near St Paul's - when his profile links the Montcalm, which IS a 'luxury' hotel pretty close to St Paul's (near the Barbican)

The Montcalm isn't that close to St Pauls, but if one lived there and worked in the hotel industry, you'd think you would know about others.

The Montcalm is a fair bit awry from Luxury. More of just an American business hotel with extra marble.

Depends on the Montcalm in question. We were in the one just off Edgware Rd: Gulf States chic to maximum effect

There is a Montcalm next door to the Barbican which is pretty near St Paul's and calls itself a "Luxury" hotel.

Montcalm is NOT "luxury" - I would call it a standard business class hotel. And the rooms are about 3 feet wider than the bed.

But then people have different standard for luxury (IMHO it;s 5*).
