Is this what you need? I googled it and found it on a fodor's page:
Villeroy & Boch
Ceramics/Glass, Luxembourg City
Luxembourg's most famous product is porcelain from Villeroy & Boch. Feast your eyes on their tableware, crystal, and cutlery at the glitzy main store; then buy -- at a 20% discount -- at the excellent second-quality factory outlet to the northwest of the city center. Other location: Factory outlet, Rue Rollingergrund 330, PHONE: 46821359.
Address: Rue du Fossé 2, Luxembourg City, Luxembourg

Although I like V&B products, I was disappointed when I went into their shop in Baden-Baden over Christmas and looked on the backs of their plates, holiday wares, etc. Alas, many of their products are now made in China. So if you'd like to have something made in Europe, check the back (or bottom) first.
