Luggage Storage in London

Does anyone know of a place to inexpensively store one big suitcase for two weeks in London? Thanks

Often your hotel will store a bag while you are traveling elsewhere. There may be limits though so you'd need to contact them.

Trains stations are expensive -- under 20kg £3.50 a day / over 20kg £5.50 a day.

janisj - The rate you quoted is for storage at Victoria coach station.

The current rate at London's major trains stations is 8.00 GBP/day for each piece!

Check www.abcselfstore.co.uk.

Oops- those are the rates at Victoria Coach station - not a train station. TimS is right about re £8 at train stations.

This should give you all the information you need:

http://www.left-baggage.co.uk/locations.php

Baggage storage is called Left Luggage in the UK. I think the only cheap place you will find is if your hotel will keep it for you. Most hotels don't charge, though normally we have only left a bag at hotels for a day, but we did have a hotel in London charge once (£1 for the day). Would be worth asking and offering a nominal fee for the service.
