Trains to Chippenham run from London Paddington, and stop at Reading. You either take the tube from Waterloo to Paddington or a train to Reading and change there - I have no idea how convenient or otherwise that might be.

Google Maps is your friend. It suggests Cepen Park is a long walk from Chippenham station or it looks as though you could take a bus part of the way, or you could take a local taxi.

Thanks PatrickLondon,

Am also in search for local transport/taxi that can cater for this kind of arrangement. Means drive me from Waterloo all the way to Chippenham.I email some transport company but no reply yet hence am looking for this train as my alternative option.

In case you know some transport that can offer this? Thanks in advance.

No, I don't, but it would be very expensive to go that distance. Train plus local transport would be much better value for money and much quicker. Checking the traveline link above again, I find there's a bus from Chippenham station all the way to the Cepen Park area.

>>Means drive me from Waterloo all the way to Chippenham.<<

Driving from Waterloo makes no sense. As Patrick says -- either take the tube to Paddington and then the train OR a train to Reading and another train to Chippenham.
