Lisbon Restaurant Recs?

Anyone have some favorite restaurants in Libson and/or Sintra? Please do not limit yourself to formal dinner spots. Lunch spots, dessert cafes, etc. would be useful as well.

Thanks,
Adam

Here are a few:
Adega San Roque, right near the San Roque Church in the Bairro Alto (and also near the famous Cervejaria Trindade, the tiled beer hall that's so popular and lively). The seafood cataplana (with big chunks of lobster or something like lobster) is wonderful.
Tasquinha d'Adelaide, Rua de Patrocinio. This is a bit out of the center, but there's a tram #28 stop right nearby. It's just past Estrela. This is one of our favorite non-fish restaurants. Though I'm not a big meat eater, the baby lamb for two is fabulous, as is the arroz de pato (duck rice). Desserts are also yummy but a bit pricey.
A Policia -- near the Gulbenkian. Very good fish, and there is a NON-SMOKING ROOM.

Sorry, can't tell you a name but we had fish so fresh the fisherman was just bringing in the catch of the day as we set at the table. Just a small cafe and the taste of fresh grilled fish! Wonderful! Nothing fancy. Oh, yes, don't forget to end the evening with a good tawny Port.

aj-

If you can't remember the name, can you at least tell us where this is located so that we might find it? Thanks.
