Lavender season--Provence
Sorry if I'm asking a frequently asked question, but can someone tell me if the lavender will be in bloom around July 1 in Provence, or is this too early in the season to capture the full experience? I'm tentatively planning to be in Provence during the first week in July.

Lavender was in full bloom July 1 of this year and it was a fantastic sight! In addition to lavender, sunflower fields were also breathtaking. Bring a good camera which can reproduce this beauty!
