Large rental villa in Provence for family reunion

I'm getting an early start on planning for an extended-family gathering - with perhaps as many as 20 people, ages 21 to 87 - that will take place during a week in June 2011. We are looking for a reasonably up-scale villa or converted farm with lots of charm and a great view. While we're flexible on price, I would put the max at $15,000 and hope to find what we want for considerably less than that. It can be a property with several separate rental units, but we would want to be the sole guests for our week. Close proximity to a village or small town is preferred, and not-too-distant from a TGV station (Avignon or Aix) would be nice. We would have a bunch of rental cars for transport.

Any suggestions for specific places? How about a trusted broker? The Internet is full of options, but a personal recommendation would be great.
