Is that USD, and for how many people? That's only about 72 euro if it's USD, and I think the Amadeus is a nice budget choice (I stayed there myself), but it's only around that price range for a single. Double rooms are around 90 euro, even at the lower end. I know there are cheaper places in Seville than that, no problem, even if they are rather basic. If you look in the category of pension or hostal, you will find some.
My impression was that Seville doesn't have the greatest selection of hotels at mid-level prices (or upper end, actually), but I don't know the lower end that well. They do have one or two at that level on venere.com, if you want to look there.

Hotel Amadeus is a good choice but possibly out of budget and is quite small and therefore gets booked up quite quickly. You could try Hotel Alcantara and Hotel Murillo - both also in Barrio Santa Cruz.

esckrunchy no, my agency doesn't handle hotels. and i don't come on this board for my agency (i am not the proprietor and don't work on commission so there is really no advantage for me to promote the company i work for). i come on here because i love travel and love to hear and give advice when i can. anyway the agency i work for only handles apartments, villas, farmhouses, not hotels/airfare, etc.. i do recommend the apartments we have in florence, but don't give my agency as a contact -- i advise people to contact the owner directly. we actually don't have anything in seville or granada which is why i stayed in a hotel when there. oh and adoreroma for granada, i can't remember exactly which hotel i booked, but i used this http://www.charming-spain-hotels.com/en/ and found it a very useful and free service.
