I'm not having much luck. I'm faxing 011 7 (812)7779811 but the docs are not going through. Any ideas about what I'm doing wrong? I've emailed the hotel for info but will probably not get an answer until Monday.

I tried to scan and then email but my printer said I didn't have the software to do that.

I'll wait until Monday and try to fax or scan and email from Kinkos. (I have an appointment next to a Kinkos.

Take out the brackets so you send it to 011 7 812 7779811

Yes, that's how I sent it--without the brackets.

I have wanted to return there for many years, but I may eventurally give up and cancel, though I've pre-paid for my hotel.

I'd lose over $400, but as far as I can see, getting the Russian visa will end up costing almost that.

I think it just went through. I got the reply saying that the result was okay, instead of "error," which was what I kept getting last night. Maybe it was just that I called late at night (for them), and now I just called in the morning--their time.

Thursday, where did that extra 12 come from?

Yesterday I sent an email telling the hotel that my fax wasn't going through, so I imagine that tomorrow or Monday they'll let me know that it did.
