Hotel Malleberg in Bruges/Brugge

Not sure this will help you much but when I saw the name of the hotel it rang a bell. I visited Brugge in April and took the WW1 battlefields tour.
When I booked the tour online at http://www.visitbruges.com/ the reply came from Hotel Malleberg.
When I mentioned this to the driver on the day of the trip he explained that he and his wife owned the hotel. He was a friendly and congenial host to us that day and his knowledge of the town and the surounding area was impressive.
He did mention the hotel a few times during the trip and if I recall correctly it is a small boutique style place. I have just checked out its location on the map and it is ideal, close to Markt.
Apologies that I can't give you more details but hopefully someone here may be able to.
