Has anyone stayed in Hotel Arizona in Florence, Italy?or any experience booking hotel with Utell by Pegasas?

I was trying to book Hotel Flora(Venice) with their US agent here. But, ended up booking our hotel in Florence. Just want to check if anyone has any contact/experience with both the agent and Hotel Arizona.

Thank you.

Utell is very well-known and used by many other agencies such as Orbitz. I don't know where this hotel is - can you provide the address or a web site and maybe people can help advise you on its suitability.

Thank you Willtravel. The address of Arizona Hotel in Florence is via Farini 2 50121 Florence. My booking is 9/6 94.05EURO, 9/7 & 9/8 113.05EURO/night. It' a special rate called "Run of House" (best room available at time of check in). I'm not sure what exactly kind of room I'll get till I get there. Is this a normal term in Italy? Is this a good offer and safe?
Your input/reply is greatly appreciated. Thanks much. - blade2007

Yes, that's a normal term. All it means is that the hotel is not guaranteeing you any particular type of room, but will give you what is convenient. For example, you might get a room with a double bed, or you might get a room with twin beds, but the hotel won't guarantee you which. If you are getting a single room, there's not much variation possible, so there's nothing to worry about.

The location is just a bit on the edge of Florence, but I actually really like that area, and you are within easy walking distance to everything.

If the hotel has air conditioning, I think that's an excellent rate for September. You can check TripAdvisor to see mostly positive reviews.

Thank you very much for your information. I feel much better now. I will find out about airconditioning for the room.
