Guided Tours in Provence?

Does anyone have any recommendations on group or private guided tours in Provence? We have a limited time and want to see the most with the time we have.
Thanks.

If you don't want or need "frills", beyond an air-conditioned small mini van (or bigger bus, depending), I have used Viatour in several countries, most recently last summer in Avignon.
The van picked us up at our hotel and it was a day-long drive for photographs along the lavender route, past Sault. The driver was very helpful in terms of stopping for views and photos...if you click around on their website you will see the various options in Provence.
Another benefit is that you pay in US dollars.
Again, nothing fancy, but without a car I have found them to be a reliable way to get to places I can't by bus or train.

I went on a tour of the south of France with Carolyn who runs a tour group called Food for Thought. She was fabulous. The group was small and we went from Nice up to the Grand Canyon of France and back to Aix en Provence. There were cooking classes (market to table tours), canoeing and horseback riding which was optional, little towns with great restaurants and jazz clubs etc. We loved the intimacy of the group and meeting many of the "real" people in Provence. You can contact her at [email protected] let me know if youhave any other questions. Fodors has always been a great help to me in planning my trips!!
