Global tax refund after leaving Sweden
Hi ! I need some information. I left Sweden Vindarss Airport 28 July , I gave all my tax refund forms at the airport and the help desk lady told me that it will take 4to 8 weeks. It's October and I have not received any money from my global tax refund. Am not sure how long one has to wait , what number to call . Some items I have purchased cash and some with my credit card. I need help. Where or what should I do. I live in Iceland. Thanks in advance . Boni

This isn't clear to me what you did as you use the term "global tax refund". The only reason you are using that term would be that you used the Global Blue tax refund service, I presume, otherwise why would you call it that instead of just VAT refund. If so, why wouldn't you get the refund at the airport, that's why people use them? Of course they have a service fee, but at least it makes it easy.
If you did use Global Blue then this is their email address
www.globalblue.com/contact-us/
If you want to call them, although at the airport I don't think they can help, this website shows their phone numbers

Hopefully you mean Vasteras . . . otherwise
But are you waiting for a cash/check refund? For the credit purchase you won't get money -- it will be a credit to your credit card account. Have you checked that?
And don't hold your breath for a refund for the cash purchases . . . it probably would cost more to convert/deposit the check you'd receive than it is worth.
