Pablo VAT
Anyone familiar with Pablo VAT? I bought a purse in France and the VAT is Pablo. As I understand rather than go to Customs for your stamp, you go to a Pablo machine and scan the barcode. Then you can get your refund. Never had one like this before. I've always gotten stamped at Customs and then mailed the form in. Thanks!

You scan the form at the Pablo kiosk....it will tell you if it a successful scan. If so you put the form into the envelope and mail just as if you got the customs stamp. Once, one of mine was not successful and I just had to take the form to the customs window and get it stamped. Easy and shorter lines!!

Thanks! My issue is I didn't get any envelop from the store. They just filled out the form and gave it to me. Unfortunately I didn't pay any attention to this detail until we're getting near to leaving. I've emailed the store and asked them. Do you happen to know if the form goes to the Global address or does Pablo have a separate address?

Here's what the store said.
"There's Pablo system in all airport in France.
You only have to scan the paper at the airport in the Customer service.
We have your credit card number and we 'll send the euros directly on your count after."
