English speaking Travel Guide needed for Rome & the Amalfi Coast

My husband & I are looking for a referral of a really good English speaking tour guide for Rome & the Amalfi Coast. Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

Are you looking for a transfer company with English-speaking drivers, or city-based tour guides?

If you're in Rome and need a tour guide (preferably free one) than try the Hostels. Most hostels have free tour guides that are fantastic and in the end of the tour you provide a tip based on how much you enjoyed the tour. Its a bargain and a great group tour.

Hope it works out

Or are you looking for someone to drive you and tour with you in Rome and the AC?

Are you looking for a guide with car who will travel with your for several days (and for whom you will provide food and lodging as well as car expenses and payment for time). Or are you looking for a different guide in each place who would give you a half-day or full day tour designed just for you?

If you are looking for the first guide nytraveler describes, I can highly recommend our friend Guido Gambone. We have used him for our last 5 trips, all over Italy - including Rome and the Amalfi Coast (where he lives). You can contact him via email at guidogambone @ gmail.com
