Easter week Ireland trip with teenagers

We are flying from Stuttgart where we live to Dublin on Easter Sunday and will hire a car to drive around Ireland for one week. Our teenagers 13 and 15 will be with my husband and I. We are not sure of our itinerary yet and would like some advice. We were thinking of visiting the cliffs of moher, bunratty castle, blarney, dingle, connemara, waterford, kilkenny. This is to much for a week but I am not sure what places would be the best for our teenagers. We are really into horses and would like to ride one day in connemara or some other nice place on a beach or take a really scenic tour. If anyone has any horse tour recommendations that would be great. We have horses and are accomplished riders. We also need tips on nice hotels or B&B to stay at along the way. We will fly in and out of Dublin. We have already been to Dublin so don't need to make a tour there. Thanks for any help!!

Muckross Park Hotel is a Hotel in the Lakes of Killarney County Kerry Ireland. ... holistic healing, yoga, tai-chi; Championship golf and equestrian nearby. ... On main Kenmare/Ring of Kerry road, almost opposite entrance to Muckross House.

Happy Trails and riding!

Renvyle House hotel in Connemara has a beach and offers horse riding on the beach among its activities. Have never done it but have stayed separately in one of the houses on the grounds of Renvyle and it was lovely.

Thank you littlejane. I noticed also today on the internet that you can ride near Bunratty castle and see the cliffs of moher. If we do this maybe we will not include connemara in our tour. Does anyone have any tips on Dingle??? I am worried if the weather is bad there is not much to see or do there.
