Croatia - accomodations in Zadar
My wife and I will be in Croatia in October. I would like to use Zadar as a base for a few days. Does anybody have any interesting lodging recommendations for Zadar??

I stayed at the Kolovare - about a 10 minutes walk to the historic center and the only hotel that close to the historic center

It's a modern 70's hotel that has been updated.

Interesting choice to stay in Zadar for several days. I'm curious what you want to see. We stayed one night in a zobe inside the town walls. great for one night but not longer. Zadar is very small but nice town. I would stay outside the walls if you're planning on driving out each day. we loved Croatia.

Tuni:
We want to use Zadar as a base for three days. We'll visit Zadar itself, maybe one of the islands in the area (Kornati perhaps) and the Krka Falls to the south. Zadar looks like a very pleasant town.
