I purchased 4 tickets for the TGV train from Hendaye to Bordeaux, from Capitaine.com. Now I need to cancel 2 of the 4. It seems that I can only cancel all of the tickets online. And if I purchase 2 now, they are more expensive than when I bought the originals. Can anyone help?

You'll still be ahead money-wise won't you? After all, you get (I assume) a refund for the two cancelled tickets which should offset the price increase.

It depends entirely on the type of tickets you purchased. If they are PREMs, you can't get a refund or an exchange. If they are reduced Loisirs, you may get a partial refund. At any rate, if you can't do it online, email Capitainetrain and they'll assist you.

I have others that are PREMs, and know that they are not refundable. But the others are Loisir tickets. I will try emailing Capitaine. Thanks for your help!

I emailed Capitaine, and they immediately responded back that they refunded the 2 tickets. That's much better than canceling the 4 and rebooking 2 at a higher rate. I saved 21 Euros, with your help. That will buy a couple more bottles of wine!
