Sorry, the website is acting strange. I meant to ask a detailed question. elsa.es has only overnight buses from Lisbon to Seville. I would like a direct bus from Lisbon to Seville that starts in Lisbon before Noon, so that it reaches Seville before sunset. can some one help?

'elsa.es' should read alsa.es and perhaps a different browser will help.

You will not find what you want as a direct bus journey. You can set off at 1345 on Thursday to Sunday, at present, arrival 2130 or 2200.

And that 13:45 departure that WomBatt mentions only runs Thu-Fri-Sat-Sun - at least when you search without a date, and since you don't tell us when you're planning on doing this trip, that's the best we can do.

Go to www.Alsa.es, click on internacional, pick Portual and España, then Lisboa (one of the two stations there, whichever you'll be closer to) and Sevilla, enter your date (fecha) and see the availability etc. on your specific date. Getting into Sevilla by 10 PM isn't bad, the restaurants are only just beginning to serve dinner at that time.

You can also take the train to Faro and catch a direct bus to Seville from there - in the daytime.
