What do you have in mind with a B&B? This doesn't seem to be a particularly popular concept in Paris. There are hotels with the features you require that you can book for that price - numerous ones.
Anyway, try this site, if you really want a B&B:

You could find a small apartment in Paris in a good location for 100 euro per night or less, for a stay of less than a week.
Is that something you'd be willing to consider? You wouldn't get breakfast included, but you'd have a kitchen and could buy bread down the street at a boulangerie.
I recently documented my search for a Paris apartment for three people for <100 euro (3 nights) here: http://slowtalk.com/groupee/forums/a...4/m/8801000773

Do you really want a traditional B&B or will a hotel do?
Last week, I stayed at the Best Western Trocadero for 90 euros a night. Very nice room, excellent neigbhorhood (my favorite in all of Paris), great view of the Eiffel Tower, metro stop 30 seconds walk away. No breakfast, but a two minute walk up the street was the artisanal bakery/patisserie Lesk (43 Ave. Raymond Poincare) that had superb croissants, breads, etc., and breakfast of two freshly made, still-warm croissants, large class of fresh squeezed OJ and cappuccino cost under 10 euro. Plus friendly and efficient staff.

We booked a studio apartment in the 5th arr. and absolutely loved it! We were on Rue du Cardinal Lemoine, 2 blocks from the Metro and near the rue Mouffetard and Place Maubert markets. There was a small grocery, a chinese take-away, and many restaurants nearby. We paid 500 euro for a week, and would certainly stay there again!

Leah, http://www.perfectplaces.com/vacation-rentals/38447.htm this is the apartment our family has rented for our short stay in Paris in March. I know it's tiny, but it's elegant and interesting and we know and love the location in the Latin Quarter. The price is just 80 euro a night, no extras. We have rented directly from the owner who has been great to deal with.
I didn't find anything else that called out to me quite the way that this apartment did (just the right mix of style/location/price), but there were many others that would have been acceptable.
There turned out to be many more options for 100 euro a night or less than I had expected and for less than a week. If you go back to the thread on Slow Travel, I list the websites where I found good possibilities: http://slowtalk.com/groupee/forums/a...4/m/8801000773 There are several other recommendations made by other travelers there too. I think there are some really good budget choices through Vacation in Paris http://www.vacationinparis.com/index.html
