Agritourism: Alsace Region of France

I'm hoping someone can offer a recommendation...we are looking for an overnight at a farm B&B in Alsace area for March.
It could be a recommendation of a place, how to find places, or what to avoid.
Also, any recommendations of things to do in the area, too?

Things to do, visit the big castle, the concentration camp, the wine route, the Vosges range of mountains, WW1 fortifications and Strasbourg. There are two tourist info website you need to look at the Haut and the Bas. Do you have special interests, for example modern architecture, Pinot Blanc wines, local foods, dialects etc?

farm B&B; do you want arable, winery, cattle, sheep?
