Seawind Crown

My husband and I spent our 25th anniversary in 1994 on the Seawind with a package that included a stay at the La Cabana in Aruba. We renewed our vows in a group in the chapel then went down to join a reception with newlyweds. This was only the second cruise that I've been on, but I don't think that I could have had a better time anywhere else. The crew and passengers were very nice. The itinerary was different though, we didn't do to Caracas, we went to Grenada. If you have enough time in Aruba, I would recommend that you rent a jeep and take a off-road tour around the island. When we visited St Lucia we took a catamaran day trip around the island and to see the drive-in volcano. If you like, you can write to me at my email address.

Carol - I would be interested in learning more about your cruise on the Seawind Crown. My husband and I are planning a first cruise and are considering this ship. We are afraid of being disappointed because of the ship's age and size. Have you been on a larger cruiseline like Carnival or RCC to compare it to. Thanks for you help. JMc
