Need Help with a Luxury Condo in Grand Cayman

We have finally ventured into taking the whole family on a vacation. It will be 2 adults and 2 children under 2 and child care help.

I am wondering if someone can suggest the newest condos. We don't really care whether they are on smb or east end.

My husband and I will be diving otherwise we will be playing in the sand or pool with the kids.

I don't see us going out to dinner more than twice. I am not sure that we will take the kids even then.

thanks in advance
Karen

Try Plantana, Great House or Avalon. These condos are located on my favorite part of 7MB. Right next to one another. They are not new, but very nice.

Sounds like as long as you are on a beach with a condo on the sand, you are more concerned with your choice of dive operator and dive location.

If you have picked a dive operator, then we can help you choose a condo

I have read that the Caribbean Club are the newest condos. They are 3 bedroom luxury condos on SMB. Comments on Trip Advisor have all been very positive.

Look at the Meridian. It's very nice and just $500/day for 3 bedroom.

I visit Cayman every year.
Caribbean Club is the newest luxury condo resort. They opened maybe 6 months ago or so.

Meridian is the next newest and is on the same section of beach.

Coralstone Club is an older building, but it was completely gutted and re-done after hurricane Ivan, so it is essentially "new" as well. Also luxury class and on the same section of beach as the other 2.
The Ritz Carlton is of course very luxurious too, but a bit of a mega resort. Great if you like that sort of thing, but for the price of a hotel room you can get a full size condo at one of the condo resorts. Coralstone Club is right next to it, so you can even stay at the condo and use the restaurants or bars next door at the Ritz - best of both worlds!

I've stayed at Meridian and Coralstone Club, but will maybe try Caribbean Club next time I come.

I always use www.caymanvacations.com to book my condo.
