Headed to St. John for our 3rd trip!
We'll be going to St. John in February, our 3rd trip there in 5 years. Who has been there recently that can tell me what is new around town? New can't miss restaurants? How about dive outfits for a day trip? Thanks in advance!

How long since you have been there? Chilly Billy's is now Jake's and open late. Crazy Cracker's opened across from Cafe Roma. Bar with decent food. The old Tage is now Hind's, upscale. Subway is gone . The old Stone Terrace closed for about a year and is now Cactus on the Blue, Mexican. Paradise Cafe in Wharfside is now Surly Cantina, Mexican. Chloe and Bernard's at The Westin is closed. Everyting is now located at Gallow's Point. Senorita Pizza, later known as Cruz Bay Pizza Shoppe is closed. Tourist Trap opened out by Salt Pond, excellent! The restaurant scene changes faster than I can keep track of it!
Texaco Station is gone. It is now an almost finished roundabout. Construction at Grande Bay in town is coming along.

How in the world do they give directions without the texaco station!? To answer your question, it has been 2 years since we've been, so your restaurant info is just what I was looking for, I'll bring it with me. And thanks, it was Low Key divers that we used before, we'll use them again!
Thanks for the info!

It was really confusing during the roundabout construction when the main stuff was going on and some roads were closed. We actually made a wrong turn like three times trying to find Centerline (that route must have been closed). We gave up and took the North Shore Road. It was actually kind of funny. I think I only saw the Texaco once, so we have always had other landmarks. Seems to be going well. There is also a high end restaurant at Wharfside Village right on the water called Waterfront Bistro. The name of what it replaced escapes me.
