Is the water warmer for snorkeling in December in Cozumel or Nassau?

I would say Cozumel which will also be cheaper, cleaner, and more pleasant.

make sure coz has recovered.

Nassau is ng for snorkel, no reefs.

Cozumel water will be warmer -- but not really, really warm. For water that is truly pleasant you would need to go further south -- maybe Honduras or St. Martin or further south yet.
