Sunshine Suites is located in a GREAT location. The governor's house(mansion) ,which is a beach area on 7MB is very close. This is my favorite part of 7MB.
You can park your car right there. While on the beach, you have Westin to the left and Holiday Inn to the right. Just take a stroll in either direction and enjoy! There is also some good snorkeling in this location. Just swim out about 100 yards. Sorry, I can't remember where Comfort Inn is.I'm thinking it's in the same area, but can't be sure. Just call Comfort Inn.

The Comfort Suites is not across the road from the beach like the Sunshine Suites is. The Comfort Suites has a path to the beach since it's not right on the beach, but you don't have to cross any streets. The Stingers restaurant/bar at the Comfort Suites is fun, and they have nightly entertainment like the "fire eater" and such. It is right next door to the Mariott. Just slightly back, with another small property in from of it, which is why isn't located directly on the beach. Hope this helps.

Regarding the Comfort Suites fire eater show. We took our family of 5 adults to this show, and met friends there [also adults] who all felt this was more a childrens show. The opening music act was very good, and fun, but the fire eater/limbo show was more geared to children, or was so in our group of 7's opinion.
