Have a group of 7 seniors planning to hike in Gros Morne, N.P. for 12 days in August.
Have accommodations, but can not find a Minivan to rent nor a large SUV. All car rental agencies in the area have none available.
Have had to rent two mid sized autos. Was hoping to rent a "not-too- large" R.V. just to handle our group of 7 plus luggage, as we move around the area.
If anyone has any contacts that I can call for such a rental, I will be most appreciative.

Wow! you are very lucky that you have managed to rent two cars...your chance of getting a van is slim to none; car rentals out of Deer Lake (indeed NL in general)are VERY difficult.
You could try searching Corner Brook, a slightly larger community than DL, about another 45 minutes west of the airport, for Hertz, National and all the other usual suspects but I think you are likely out of luck.
Thanks for the tip on Corner Brook, but it will be more of a hassle getting a van from that area and returning it, than sticking with the two intermediate autos.
