Hello,
On our way back from Australia next year we are thinking about taking a day or two in Guam. Any suggestions on where to stay? We are thinking about $75-125/night.
Thank you.

Kittie,
I spent 2.5 years on Guam and I had a really good time...but...Guam is as expensive as Hawaii to the non-resident (they have a legal double standard on hotel/restaurant billing). If you happen to be flying through Guam and have no choice but to stop, by all means, find yourself a place to stay and rent a car. Be sure to go to Ritidian Beach. As for hotel costs, there are no budget hotels on Guam, i.e., Holiday Inn, HoJo, etc. They're either very nice or borderline nice. Most hotels will run you about $125+, but they will be beach front. There are more than a few good dives on Guam, go to http://www.mdaguam.com/ for all the dive info you could need. Here's the offical government Guam site: http://www.gov.gu/
Have fun....Bo
Thank you, Bo.
