It's actually a remake of the same movie made by the same director in 1999. The original was fantastic--not too optimistic for the Nic Cage remake...1, cuz why remake a good movie and 2, why must we endure more Nic Cage?

I kid--I'll probably see it but for the same reason: only to see Krung Thep on film again.

I definately agree with your Nic Cage comment he's a bit one dimensional for me (although that said i actually enjoyed the Rock)

I just watched the trailer from the link, and nick cage looks a lot like gene simmons!!!!!!!! Which makes him even more creepy!
