Menus in english with discriptions?
Being I don't know anything about Thai foods, wondering do they have menus in English with discriptions. Being I love Chinese stir fry, do most of the Thai restaurants
have stir fry dishes?

Any restaurant you stumble across will have a menu in English. Many will have descriptions of the dishes and those that don't, a waitperson can explain the dishes to you. You will find some stir-fry dishes available many places. But do try Thai food.
You might want to buy a book about Thai food. Lonely Planet has one. I don't know which guidebook you've purchased for your trip, but most guidebooks have basic info about Thai food.

The restaurants will have various ways of dealing with English-speaking customers. Many have English menus. Many have pictures of the food. In any event, you will probably quickly find dishes that you particularly like and learn the Thai name. If you have food specifics, e.g., vegetarian, peanut allergy, the restaurants will probably have some ad hoc method of addressing these. Thailand is very tourist friendly. It's unlikely you will have a unique situation. This will not be a problem at all.

Kathie's reply might be read to imply that Thai food is not stir-fried. In fact, that is the dominant means of cooking in Thai cuisine. Most of the dishes you encounter in a Thai restaurant will be stir-fried, or at least cooked in a wok over a hot flame.

Michael, Thanks for clarifying my comment. What I meant to say is that you will find some dishes on Thai menus that remind you of Chinese-style stir-fries (like Bob's favorite, cashew chicken) but that Thai dishes are different in composition, spicing, etc.
