Upgrades to Business Class on BA

I am flying Dulles to Heathrow in March, and wanted to get some tips on upgrading to business class. I have no BA miles - or miles with any of its partner airlines. Am I dreaming? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Tom,

I did not write that rude, nasty, snobbish remark. My name is being used at times I am not anywhere near a computer. I can offer to you though, without any miles accrued your chances are pretty slim to none on an upgrade. Unless your devilishly handsome and can charm one of the stewardess's or gate agents. Good luck, enjoy your trip.

Just buy the upgrade. As for Penny, she routinely posts here and as usual her ignorance is enlightening " use your charm, etc". This is blatently sexist, Penny their is another thread here where people voice their opinions about how stupid you are!! you might want to read it and heed the advice given. Morons your bus is leaving!!!!!!!!!!!

Penny is a great person. She has a wonderful sense of humor. Please don't you miss your bus 123, as you are obviously one of the biggest morons here. Might need two seats with the big head of yours.

I'm following you around, Penny. And using other names doesn't fool anyone. Defending yourself using an alias -- pretty sad! (Poor substitute for your having usual last word.)

123,

Your lack of humor is showing thru. Tom could very well try what I suggested, as a joke. He is better suited to pony up the cost difference if he truely wants to travel in biz class.

Nickeldime:
You don't even rate a response.
