movies on united flights to hawaii
We are flying to Hawaii on United in a couple of weeks and have never flown anywhere more than a few hours away. From the United website, it looks like they show only one movie during the nine-hour flight to Hawaii from Chicago, but then in another spot it lists several movies that you can choose from in-flight, and it lists TV channels that are available. Has anyone flown to Hawaii on United that can tell me if we will have our own TV that we can pick movies from, or if we will be limited to the one in-flight movie? We are trying to figure out how much we will need to bring for our own entertainment!
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

There are only overhead screens on the United flights to Hawaii; no individual seat screens. They'll probably show a couple of movies during a nine-hour flight. The international 777s/767s have individual seat screens, but they're not used on the Hawaii flights.
