This is new. If you can be flexible this looks like it can save money.

I just tried it from MCO to either Paris or Rome June 4 to 19. About $600 . Normal fare from here that time is around $1000. I could live with either- I just wish I could follow through and GO. It will be interesting to see if this catches on.

Probably will have limited success.

The cost for me to get from Paris to Rome, for example, eats up several hundred $$$ and takes a bunch of holiday time.

Not worth it to me.

The point is, I may be indifferent where I go at those prices. This trip I see Paris, next trip Rome. Let them decide this one. There are loads of places on the continent I haven't seen that I would be happy to go to at a kick-start discount.

Another option, if I were to want to see, say the Loire valley is to pick Paris or Marseille. Not that much difference.

I certainly will try this when I can get the time to go.

Some one ought to tell them that occupancy rates are very high, since so many flights have been cancelled or consolidated. They don't offer many origin airports, don't guarantee that you will earn miles, don't offer anything but tourist, and apparently don't even identify the airline until they have your money, if then. Talk about buying a pig in a poke.

I think this is just a scheme to harvest personal data and sell it.

I feel it's pretty limited, although it's a great and refreshing idea.

Too bad I can't use it for now as they only accept US credit cards.
