Mauritius vs Mozambique

Planning a trip to Africa and trying to decide on whether to visit Mozambique or Mauritius for a post safari/ beach trip.

We didn't like the looks of the Vilinculos beach lodge so we started looking elsewhere and discoverd Maurititus.

Anyone been to both places and would like to share pros and cons?
