I am heading down to Ko Pha Ngan and am trying to decide between Bottle Beach vs. Thong Nai Pan Noi. I am travelling by myself so I am looking for something really stunning and relaxing, but I do want some options for activities--like some restaurants/bars to choose from and some other activities like snorkeling. I had read that Bottle Beach was a good middle ground between isolation and socialization, but when I read about it in detail it looks like there are only 4 resorts, no town, and the only restaurants/bars are those with the 4 resorts? Meanwhile, I was reading about Thong Nai Pan Noi and it looks like there are more options there, even including a small town (and it looks like this beach is more beautiful too?)?

Anyone familar with these beaches to say which has more options for eating, casual drinks, and activities?
