Day trip to Chobe video

We did a day trip from Victoria falls to Chobe.
Leaving half an hour late some of our party wanted to eat breakfast before leaving and kept us waiting. The joys of a group excursion!

Is it worth doing? There has been some discussion on the board. Watch the abridged video and judge for yourselves.

Looks like a pleasant enough way to pass a few hours. Did you have lunch or drinks on the boat, that would help. Better than shopping for souvenirs

We did the trip in October, check out the date stamp by the Zambezi ferry. It takes about an hour and a half there and back each way. Drinks and snacks on the boat, back to the lodge for lunch and then afternoon open vehicle game drive.

It cost us £83.00 sterling in 2004 about $130.
