Buying ewellery at Caprice Jewellers in Israel
Please be aware that their diamonds are grossly over priced. When you think that you are getting a good deal by the discounting that they are giving you and the offer of the tax refund that you are getting a good deal, think again. I was over charged in excess of US$2000. for 2 rings. When I did the valuation for insurance purposes when I came back home the jeweller laughed at me and said that you have been had. US5500. worth of rings was only worth US$3300. So think long and hard before buying items from Caprice Jewellers in Israel.
