August Safari to Zimbabwe and Bots

We are booked on a Safari in August With The wild South Safaris from the first till the 20th.
Our Itinerary is quite long

2 nights hwange

2 nights Matopos National park

1 Night Great Zimbabwe

1 Night Harare

Three nights Chirundu to Mana Canoe Safari

Two Nights Matusadona

1 night kariba town

1 night overnight on Kariba ferry

1 night vic falls

2 nights chobe

1 night Makgadkgadi pans

2 nights okavango delta moremi

we were originally two couples but our friends had to pull out last minute. We did a safari to south africa last year with the same company and we loved it.

Nancy our booking agent did say it was possible to book part of the trip if one has less time. We are flying out of Germany to start the trip.
you can contact them at www.thewildsouthsafaris.weebly.com. It would be nice to meet up with other adventurers.

Hwange Safari Lodge isn't actually IN Hwange and is basically just a big motel. If you can afford it, try for a camp within Hwange like Somalisa. While you're at Matopos, make sure you get to see some of the San rock art.

It must be just me, but that is one of the strangest itineraries I've seen yet. The transfers between camps make no sense. The order, even less.

It looks like a big circle in Zimbabwe, then over to Botswana. Going from Chobe to the Pans and back to Moremi does seem out of order, though.

I'm exhausted just reading it. Too much moving around for me.

I doubt any good travel agent would do this:

Mana Pools to>>
Two Nights Matusadona
1 night kariba town
1 night overnight on Kariba ferry
1 night vic falls

Why transfer back to Matusadona to stay in Kariba, so one can take the Kariba ferry, so they can sleep in a chair overnite. The cost to do this is more then just flying out of Matusadona to Vic Falls and saves at least 2 1/2 wasted days.
