Fodor's Expert Review Inn of the Anasazi
The expert culinary team at this romantic, intimate 38-seat restaurant with hardwood floors, soft lighting, and Chaco Valley stone–inspired walls balances a Latin and European sensibility in its approach to the menu. If you're wanting a less formal vibe, dine in the more spacious, convivial bar or on the lively streetside patio, which features lighter but no less accomplished cuisine, such as carne asada street tacos and green-chile buffalo sliders. The menu in the main dining room changes seasonally but might feature burrata with heirloom tomatoes, and locally sourced pork belly with huitlacoche and pork jus. The restaurant also serves one of the best Sunday brunches in town—try the brioche French toast with banana custard and berry compote.
