You can hail cabs on the street if they don't have riders or assignments. Most cab services offer flat rates to and from the airport, usually in the range of $30, plus $5 for each additional person. Yellow Cab Company charges $1.92 per mile.

Savannah Pedicab, Savannah's first pedicab company, is a people-pedaled vehicle that costs $45 per hour; if your ride is less than an hour, Savannah Pedicab abides by a "trips for tips" policy in which the passenger pays whatever they see fit for rides (most riders pay somewhere between the value of a sandwich and a pizza). Savannah Pedicab operates from 11 am to midnight (2 am on weekends). A second pedicab company, Royal Bike Taxi, charges a dollar per block per passenger for trips less than a half-hour, $25 for half-hour trips, and $45 for hour-long trips.
