At this hoppin' spot in The River complex, you can dine outside along the titular man-made waterway or indoors in the colorful dining room. Acqua Pazza serves well-made salads, pizzas, burgers, and steaks, along with more adventurous fare such as the half a duck entrée and wild Corvina sea bass, both served on rice pilaf. The plentiful desserts include a fanciful selection of Italian-style ice creams. The same people operate the equally lively and popular Lulu's California Bistro, in downtown Palm Springs.
